TTI PowerBreatherTM – CV

The PowerBreather-CV^TM unit is a marked improvement over the customary dust caps or OEM breathers on equipment. When contaminated air enters the top of the breather, it passes through layered filter media, preventing solid particles from entering the breather and causing undue wear to your equipment surfaces. The addition of check-valves in our CV breather is ideal for low-flow and intermittent operations in high humidity conditions.

When contaminated air enters the top of the breather, it passes through layered filter media, preventing solid particles
from entering the breather and causing undue wear to your equipment surfaces. The PowerBreatherTM silica gel
provides industry leading moisture removal and holds up to 40% of its weight. The addition of check-valves in our CV
breather is ideal for low-flow and intermittent operations in high humidity conditions. The check-valves provide
protection of the breather in wash down areas and isolate equipment from ambient conditions, prolonging life of silica
gel and extend service period of the breather

The TTI PowerBreather -CVTM serie breathers identical in width, connection and being insignificantly taller are fully
compatible replacement retro-fit for the DES-CASE® VentGuard serie breathers, i.e. DC-VG-BB, DC-VG-1, DC-VG-2, DC
VG-3 and DC-VG-4

Multiple head-to-head tests demonstrate that TTI PowerBreather Silica Gel averages nearly 20% more moisture
holding capacity than other leading brands.
The increased body length of the TTI PowerBreather allows for 10% more volume of our silica gel when compared to
competitors.
